At Bella Lilac, we are committed to delivering your favourite natural skincare and haircare products safely and promptly across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about delivery timelines, charges, and procedures for our product range including Shampoos and Face Serums.

 

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

•       Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad

•       Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala

•       All other cities, towns, and remote areas served by our courier partners

 

International shipping is not currently available. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Lahore, Pakistan.

Face Serums (Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Brightening, Retinol)

Our serums are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage. Delivery timelines mirror those of our shampoo range. However, due to the fragile nature of serum bottles, please allow an additional 1 business day for careful packing during high-volume periods.

 

•       Order Confirmation: You will receive an SMS/email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

•       Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

•       Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PKT on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day.

•       Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order by:

Shampoos

•       All shampoo bottles are sealed and shrink-wrapped before dispatch.

•       Bottles are packed in bubble-wrap pouches to prevent breakage in transit.

•       Bulk orders of 3+ shampoos are packed in reinforced boxes.

 

Face Serums

•       Serum bottles are individually wrapped in bubble-wrap and placed in protective inner boxes.

•       Serums are packed upright to prevent leakage from pump/dropper heads.

•       If you receive a damaged or leaking serum, contact us immediately with photos for a replacement.

 

•       If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will retry once.

•       After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery charges will apply.

•       Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders are subject to standard or free delivery charges as outlined in Section 3.
